Ali Turki Al Sobai has more than 20 years of distinguished experience in human resources management to lead Education Above All’s Human Resources (HR) function. Since joining the organization in 2014. In this role, he has played a pivotal role in its growth and success.

Ali's prior experience includes a highly successful 10-year tenure in the HR department at Al Jazeera Media Network.

He possesses a strong academic background, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's degree in Management from the prestigious Surrey University in the UK.  He further enhanced his expertise with an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from HEC Paris in Qatar.
